The Pastor's Aide organization takes care of the needs of the Pastor. Whether it be personal or business, you can count on the Pastor's Aide to make sure that the Pastor and his family have whatever they need. It is the Pastor's Aide that encourages the Pastor to take some time off by giving him a free vacation. The Pastor's Aide, also, supply the Pastor with certain reading materials that he may find helpful in his ministry. It is the Pastor's Aide who locates conferences for the Pastor to attend.
